Neat Period Photo of a Model A Coupe Stuck Vertically Between a Wall and a Building
This is a bit of a tight fit and it must have been interesting to get it out. From the AACA blog.
Full info on the McPherson fundraiser here, please help them if you can |

I believe that, "Here's Your Sign" is the appropriate response, or something along the lines of "woman driver".
Amazing little body deformation.

It's not stuck. That's just the most convenience angle to change plugs.

It's comforting to know that there are some in a worse position than mine!

This picture along with dozens of other A and AA accident pictures can be found in the Model A CRASH thread.

Some people will try anything to stop the rear main from leaking oil on the driveway!

My question is how in the @#$% did they get the car in that position?

The building sits in a cut with a rock retaining wall behind it and there's a road above. The coupe didn't make the curve and jumped the short wall and fell down the well. It was in the days before guard rails. Lassie find Timmy! Did he fall down the well, again?
My guess. |

Re: Neat Period Photo of a Model A Coupe Stuck Vertically Between a Wall and a Buildi
A close friend of mine, back in the sixties, figured he was going to "makes some money" and his plan was to purchase Corvair convertables and store them till the dollars were there! He had a metal pole barn built and he put the tops down and pulled them, on end, front end up, and stored them like cord-wood! I saw them when he said there was 67 of them, all convertables except one, a tudor with 20 + th miles! He died in the early eighties and I would bet a turkey dinner that they were still there---up in northern New York State.
