34 if you separate the 18 from the rest of the numbers.

33 18-203127-18-457477
34 18-457478 - 18-1234356

Ford started building 34's in late 1933.

I think mine are production numbers. Not sure where I got them years ago.

I guess the confusion is that the first 1934's were physically produced in nov and dec of 1933. I found the following in the Ford restoratioin book.....
1933 Nov 527,479-537,353

Those are all engine production dates, not vehicle production dates. There's no surviving record of when a particular numbered engine was installed in a vehicle chassis. It could have been November, 1933 or December or even early in 1934 depending on where the assembly plant was where the engine was installed.

Just look at how many handles are on the hood. That will tell you if 33 or 34. Of course, who knows if the hood on your car is the original.

are those number really engine numbers not chassis or frame. The number I gave was the Vin number listed on my pink slip.

The number actually starts-out being stamped on the upper flange of the transmission when the trans and engine are first married. The engine/trans assemblies are then shipped to various automobile assembly plants. When that engine/trans assembly is lowered into a chassis at some time in the future, the transmission number is stamped on the frame in three places and thus, becomes that vehicle's SERIAL number, which is what your title uses as the official identifier number. There are a lot of differences between the 33s and 34s that should help you figure it out if your interested in which body it is. Window trim, location of the door handles, inter wood pieces, the construction of the area above the windshield, the lower corner of the cowl, etc.

That is assuming that the frame and body are a matched pair!
