Default My latest 8BA in 37 Panel

This is a bone stock 8BA in going in a 37 Panel. This is one best virgin engines I've seen in a long time. Very little wear. .030 bore 10-10 crank. Walt

Great work. Question if there is little wear why would you not bore to .010 or .020 and leave some more for later generations.?

There is such thing a .010 pistons. Nobody hardly ever use .020 pistons. .030 is usually first oversize. .030 is nothing for a flathead, you can go 40-60-80-100-125-187 and others In between . Walt

My memory is going, but to quote someone that I can't remember:
"It's a thing of beauty."
I wish that you were closer, I have a 255 that needs rebuilt.

Great looking engine!! do the x on the valves mean they have been adjusted? May be a stupid question.

Yea, it's easier keep track what valves you've adjusted. Walt
