Default Build your own antique gas pump replica

City: Traverse City
State: Michigan
Price: $15

Plans to build your own antique gas pump replica. Drawings and info shows you everything you need to know to create a really neat full size replica of an antique gas pump. You don't have to be a master tin bender to make a honey of a pump. We even show you where to go to buy a reproduction globe, hose, data plates...everything you need. Build a display pump for a fraction of what the old timers are going for ! Build two. Take one to a car show and sell it !
Send $15 to:

Do you have any pictures to post of one of your replicas?

A picture is worth a thousand bucks. If you don't use one, that's potentially how much less your words are in sales. People want to 'see' what you're talking about; especially those who can't create a picture in their own minds because they have no past reference point to work from.

I understand. I don't have a current picture. I haven't built one in quite a while and I sold that one right away. I just bumped into the plans the other day and thought I'd make them available to you guys too. If you take your time and do a nice job, they are pretty convincing. Looks neat sitting on a pad next to your shop. For fifteen bucks, give it a go.

Like this, kinda? A guy up here does them too, and takes the old squatting style square face pumps and puts a flat screen TV inside for his mancave... ws

Original visable pumps are just short of 10 foot high. Yours looks a little anemic.

That one is actually a gumball machine and not supposed to be a Re-Pop... ws

Holy cow guys. Since when is 14 pages of instructions and drawings, a large manilla mailing envelope and postage, for 15 bucks a scam? (See above photo link).
I give up.

If you scroll up to one of Brian's posts and place your cursor over "Briguy" it will give you the option of sending him an email. He may get that quicker if he doesn't check the forum often.
