Default Height and Width - 1933 Ford pass radiator

I am trying to determine if I have a 34 radiator installed in my 33 car. Hood sides and inner fenders not aligning. Can someone give me the over all dimensions for a 1933 Ford pass car radiator, overall height and width, from mounting feet to water spout?

There's no difference between a '33 and '34 radiator, only in the separate brackets on the sides of the radiator for attaching the grille.

The '33 upper tank has also hood wedge supports which the '34 radiator doesn't have.

Getting the hood, inner fender panels and front fenders and grille to all fit nicely is a chore even when none of the parts have ever been damaged or repaired. If any of those pieces have been damaged or modified or replaced, the task becomes more difficult.
Also, my 33 does not have the above mentioned "wedge". Perhaps added by an owner to assist in alignment.

JUST a little more FYI.....The OP has posted on another "forum" and I am most certain from "other" correspondence that he has an "aftermarket" radiator (NOT original). I would bet that is presenting "most" of his issue as he told me that the side holes on mine DO NOT match his.....subsequent questioning revealed the "not original" radiator. I supplied him with MY above photos, thus the last with the measurement "guide" with the "hope" of it giving him the (Close) location relative to the top tank where both brackets are located and he could at least make sure HIS are in the relatively correct location on his radiator.....evidently not????

I will have to check my original radiator (original to my car) and see IF the "wedge" is on that one? The one above is one I picked up as a good spare years ago!!!

The function of the "wedge" is to hold the hood side in open position. It was replaced on the '34s by a notch in the cowl to support the hood on the rear edge instead when open.

Might have been a mid/late year change for 33. Interesting detail OR maybe a different supplier added detail????. My 33, by engine number was june engine log assembly (4cyl) again, I will have to dig up my original (to the car) radiator and see IF it is on it???

Robert,

The "wedge" cited in #4 is only on late '33 radiators.
