Default Coolant Hose Identification - Upper

Trying to find replacement upper radiator hoses for my 36. Can anyone identify these? Can’t seem to find the same with any of the vendors. This hose is 1 3/4” I.D. like my radiator inlet. But the outlet on my Sharp aluminum heads is 2”. Not sure if this original hose was 1 3/4 at both ends originally but somehow it was made to fit the outlet on the head.
