Default 1932 Pick up truck question

My project 32 truck has no bolts holding the gas tank to the frame. Previous owner removed and lost them. Anyone know the correct size of the bolts/nuts ? Also anyone have original extras?

Original pickup tank went under the front seat. Car went to rear of frame. Car mounted using some springs. Those can be bought in kit form. 3/8 ths on mine.

If I recall it was 2 ridged bolts 3/8 -24 with castle nuts on one side and one ( maybe 2) on the other with a spring on inside of frame rail. also used webbing anti squeak.

The documentation is going to take some reading and flipping in the '32 catalog! Tnk and hardware are listed out back in the truck section. I think we are talking B-82 and B-76 application, closed and open pickup. Long and short bolts tank to floor sills are listed there with nuts and stuff, numbers to get sizes decode in the back of book. There are other bolts listed as commercial chassis, tank to support...I think this means bare running chassis with no floor available so irrelevant here.
Need more reading and checkout of the big '32 book, which isn't here. As with many things, that actual '32 catalog gets very cryptic and can use expert elucidation! My '32 pickup has a '33 cab and non-stock rear tank so no direct experience.

Except for the B-410 sedan delivery, all '32 commercial vehicles and trucks had floor-mounted in-cab fuel tanks that served double duty as the base for the seat bottom cushion. None of these tanks bolted to the chassis frame, but rather were bolted to the body side sills. Roy Nacewicz sells the correct fasteners for mounting the tank to the sills.

I see a lot of 33-34 pickups called 32's but are not. Once in a while I see a 32 called a 33. Because of this, research and learn the differences between them. That will make questions like this one easier to answer.
DavidG 's answer covers 32's as originally manufactured.
