Wishbone ball cap felt
Where does the ball cap felt go? I'm installing an engine in my car and doing a bunch of general cleaning and repairing. There was no felt in the bell housing when I took it all apart and the Red Book doesn't mention it either. The chunk of felt that Snyder's sent me looks like it would just fold into a U-shape and sit in the hole above the ball casting... Am I warm?

Re: Wishbone ball cap felt
it is held in place inside the clutch housing under the pin that holds the radius bolts.

Thanks, Mitch. Do you soak it with 600w before putting it in place? Where abouts is your shop located in at in Pa. I'm near Atlantic City.
