Amount of grease for 46 Driveline

I’m not sure what the PO did as far as greasing the driveline, or how much is already in the u-joint or driveshaft bearing, so the questions are:
Can the u-joint/clamshell be overgreased?
If too much grease, will it get into the speedo drive/able?
Can the driveshaft bearing be over greased?
Again, I don’t know how much grease is already in these areas.
