Default Speed bleeder screws '36 Sedan

There are many items on Fordbarn about Speed Bleeder screws, and I have few questions. I don't know what year my brake system is, probably 40's.

Does anybody like other brands, like Dorman or is Russell Speed Bleeder the best? Does anyone know the size or part number that's likely to fit? What part number/size did you buy? Where did you buy them?

I know it will be hard to answer all of these questions, particularly not knowing exactly what year the brakes are.

Thanks so much for the help.

Just about all Ford application bleed screws are 3/8-24 thread.(year not important)
So you will have to measure what you have to confirm.
The only difference would be if you need short or long screws.
Stick with Russell.

Royal: Read post #2 here: I found it much easier to bleed the 39-48 brakes if the longer bleeder is used.
I used Speed bleeders but, the other brands are just as good.
