Default 1936 ford electric fuel gauge

Would anyone have a needle/ pointer for a 1936 electric fuel gauge. For some reason the pointer which tells you how full your tank is has broken off the needle which runs up the side of the gauge on my gauge... I might try to find another but they don't come up that often. I don't have any other gauges I could take the needle from to replace it with either.

You could try using a pointer off am old clock or watch and a touch of super glue or JB weld.

I did The JB weld trick once. Very delicate procedure. This gauge is so sensitive that it upsets the reading....

yes that's what I'm worried about, the arrow broke off right at the corner where is goes over the face of the gauge so the jbweld or superglue needs to be right in the corner.
