Re: Happy Birthday to ME The big 91.
Happy birthday Lawson. Life is precious. I've been into fitness most of my 65 young years but had a cardiac arrest at the gym last August due to an arrhythmia issue. I am here because of the good bystander CPR and AED I received. I now own an ICD implant. My aim is to get to the 90's like yourself. Now everyday above ground is a good day, no exceptions even if I stand in a big dog turd.
Regards GB

A good day is one on which you wake, look down and see no toe-tag! Congrats, my friend and many more! I'm sure you already know; as most of us gear heads do: "Growing older is mandatory but, growing up is not!"

Happy belated birthday Lawson. Like blucar I will turn 89 this year (hopefully). Getting old is hard especially when working on and driving our old Fords.
