Does anybody know the backrest cushion height for a 1929 cabriolet?
Two backrests cushions came with the car, one is 21" high, the other is 23.5" high, both have the same width and the same metal straps which fit into the package shelf slots. Both springs fit the car OK. The wood frames are similar, but not identical. Do you know which is correct for the cabriolet? Is the backrest for a 1929 Sport Coupe the same as the 1929 cabriolet, aside from the upholstery which is different? Thanks.

I don't have an answer yet but oddly enough I asked Doug Clayton just last week to compare the nice original Coupe backrest frame a gave him some years back with his original 68-A backrest wood. I'll see if he's looked at them yet.

My original 68A seat back wood measures 20-1/2" tall at the middle. Hope that helps.

...and could you post a photo of the metal straps, as my car is missing them. Thanks.
