Zero Grease Fitting Replacement
I bought a set of replacement Zerk grease fittings from Bratton’s. Some of the old fittings look pressed in. What is the easiest way to remove them without breaking the old fittings?

A small chisel and hammer...work your way around the zerk...it will soon come out.

Vicegrips...clamp, twist and pull. (My dentist does it best)

Re: Zero Grease Fitting Replacement
As others have said, like removing a tooth - vice grips and rock it back and forth while pulling.

I hab done it about 10 years ago and I do not remember it being that hard. You will need the special tool to drive them in. The holes are too big to tap 1/8 pipe for screw ins. John
