Nyack NY Car Show July 14

For anyone interested, the historic Village of Nyack (Rockland County, NY) is hosting its annual classic car night on July 14th between 5 and 9 with parking of classic cars starting at 4. For the event, the downtown area is shut down to traffic and is packed with cars and pedestrians. About 300 to 400 cars are expected as well as thousands of pedestrians. As I am active in the group organizing the event, we've arranged for Model As and Model Ts to have the PRIME location in town (that is, if we can get 10+ Model As and Ts to attend). Here is a link.

Given Nyack's location near NYC, Westchester County, Northern NJ, Orange County, I would hope that well more than 10 Model As and Ts can attend. So far I have 6 lined up. I'm looking for more.

I would like to encourage the folks on Fordbarn to circulate this information so we can pack this event. Even if you aren't bringing your car, I would encourage you to attend as it is always a good time. Please email me if you think you can make it.

No Mitch, I haven't. I'm still at wits end and just haven't had the time or heart to take out the engine and transmission. If I knew what the problem was, I would deal with it.

This stated, I'll be at the show in Nyack... which is around the block from my place.

So far I have 6 Model As lined up. Still looking for more... Let me know ahead of time as once 350 cars show in total, I am told that they will turn folks (without reservations) away. I am reserving 10 spots for Model As and we have the PRIME location in town.

Looks like 6 to 10 model A's will be in attendance, a few Ts, and about 300+ other classics. We will be parking near the Rotary Club Park Gazebo (basically the heart of town and the "best spot". I'll have my car parked there at 2:30-3:00ish. The event starts at 5 but I wanted to try to carve out space just for the As. If you haven't let me know you are attending, please try to do so --- although I can't imagine that they will block any Model A from showing.
