Default Cowl light rim tab rivet

I need to install new cowl light rim tab rivets in my lights. Anyone have any idea of what kind of tool to use to roll over the rivets on the inside.
I was thinking of making some kind of rollover block with a threaded hole in the center so I could run a bolt/screw threw the center of the rivet from the outside & tighten the bolt to pull the tool over the rivet & roll the lip tight.

Only have two lights so don't want to spend a lot to buy a tool. I can probably get something machined where I work part time.

I made my own roll over tool on my lathe. I used a bolt, faced the end, cut off the threads from the last 1/4", and used a tight round nose cutter to cut the circular groove. It was a hammer use tool, but works fine. A drop of oil on the tool before each rivet sure helps.
