Has a new top so that you can drive in the rain, converted to 12-volt for ease of maintenance, starts easily with it's brand new starter button, and will start up when hand cranked after being warmed up. Has new powder-coated wire spoked wheels, with brand new chrome hubcaps which adds a touch of style.
