Light weight Model T Trailer needed
I would love to find a Light weight open Model T car trailer. My 27 Roadster then I could be easy to tow. I am not a welder so For me to make one would be hard. Any of you ever made one?

Re: Light weight Model T Trailer needed
I just purchased a 16 ft tandem axle flat trailer with a beaver tail to haul my T and/or A around. My tow vehicle is an older Chevy 1500 Silverado Z71 4x4 off road extended cab.
It took me over 2 years to find a trailer in good condition that I could afford. I checked Craig's list etc. and got lucky by keeping my eyes open. A small construction company near my work put it near the end of their driveway with a hardly visible For Sale sign. After a couple weeks I finally stopped to see it. It was taking up room in their yard and they just wanted it out of the way. I got it for an amazingly low price because they didn't want to be bothered with the trouble of advertising it. It is a bit heavier than I was considering (10,000 GVW) but has brakes on both axles, built in ramps, and a spare tire. |

I prefer trailers with 4 wheels and brakes, but the two channels for the wheels look interesting. |
