Default I need help getting "Skips 3 lb valve"?

Need to order one of Skips radiator pressure valves? I've seen GM mention it in a bunch of threads and can't find how to order one from Skip now. Spent 20 minutes searching and gave up and started a new thread,
Thx in advance

I'm not saying it's a bad idea but why do you feel you need that? I've got a Skips coil and as a result of the old pumps leaking...have new skips water pumps. He does amazing work. I thought about getting the pressure check valve but didn't. My car now maintains a full radiator and runs good. With you're desire for a pressure valve, it might be that you're trying to solve a symptom instead of trying to solve the problem. Tell us more.

I question that your car with or without Skips pumps maintains a full a
FULL radiator. Water just above the top tube plate is not full, full is up the
filler neck. You need a 4 lb pressure cap or Skips 3 lb valve. A stock Ford
radiator with the over flow coming off the top tank will loose several
quarts of water. G.M.

You're correct, it's not full-full up to the filler neck. It's slightly below the baffle in the filler neck but well above the tubes.
There has to be room for coolant thermal expansion. I've had the car out in stop-and go traffic on a 90+ degree day and it didn't overheat (after skips pumps installed) and wasn't puking coolant out of the tube. I wasn't discouraging the OP from purchasing a valve...just wanted more info as to why he/she felt like it was needed.

Tried to email Skip and never answered.
So I used a 2 pound residual brake valve for my overflow tube.
It works great. Whenever running 60+mph without a pressurized system the radiator pushed out antifreeze. The 2 pound valve slowed that down to rarely any loss. Yes these valves work great.
I am running an original Radiator cap on my 34. It may not be four pounds but holds more pressure than the valve. No overflow at the cap. Works perfectly.

Filled all the way up to the neck with Skips valve and a tight sealing
original cap on the 32/36 type cap the long hoses on the radiator take
up the small amount of expansion. There isn't much with less then
3 lbs pressure. If the pressure gets above 3 lbs with Skips valve it
opens and releases the pressure. G.M.
