I need a supplier for the shouldered bolts that attach the hood hinges to the hood for a 1941 Mercury car. The treads are 1/4 -28, the shoulder has a 3/8 in. diameter by 1/4 in. long, and the LOA is 1 1/16 in. I need 4 of them. The bolt heads are drilled for safety wire. Too much information?
