I am running one of their 8BA engines in my '40. It has been installed about 4 years. Very happy with the engine and the people there. It was close enough for me to take them my old engine and pickup the new one. They have a very nice operation right off I85 outside of Greenville, SC. I would not hesitate to recommend them and their engines.

Hugh - you say you " took your old engine to them ". So , do they require a old engine , like a core ? - F F

At the time I got mine there was a charge of $500 if you did not have a rebuildable core. You could have yours rebuilt or just swap for another rebuilt block. I don't know if this has changed since then.

I just looked at their web site and the core charge is $350.
