Default Any antique tool collectors on this board?

I have a very unique and unusual screwdriver for which I found buried in our shop looking for parts.

8 inches long; 3-1/2 inches down it has a deep dished in area with a very large "S" and a circle around it...on the other side, another dished in area with "Improved...660...Pat. apl'd for"; and on the bottom the number "3" in a circle; handle is wood on one side and wood on the other atached with two rivets.

Any idea of the year of manufacture and what company?

Thanks.

Pluck
