Default What year/vehicle is this intake?

Ford Barn,

The following 2 pictures are of an intake manifold on a '34 Ford pickup. It's not stock unless it was an uncommon option. Any clue on what year/application the manifold was for?

Thanks.

Dan

Looks like a 35 with an adapter for a Columbia rear or gas heater on the intake.

I think it's aftermarket. I've never seen a stock intake with that round projection on top.

Alan,

Many '34 and '35 factory manifolds have that round projection or boss on the top surface.

The vacuum take off plate was used with a southwind heater or a marvel mystery oiler. The Columbia rear had a larger hose bib for more volume

Ford 38V8 there is a boss that is also not drilled by the distributor . They look like they could be drilled and tapped for manifold vacuum .

Retraction : It probably is stock .

I agree with DavidG,
Looks like a stock 1935 manifold to me, those round projections aren't very unusual, seen um on quite a few of these and on some later ones.
Martin.
