Default Where did you come from?

This is a pool to get an idea of where the folks in the new FordBarn came from. As most have noticed, there are a lot of new names here.

1) Old Fordbarn to New Fordbarn
2) HAMB to New Fordbarn
3) Used HAMB and Fordbarn before the New Fordbarn
4) New to Fordbarn and never used HAMB

(Hope this works: first time trying.)

Hang in there Bruce, you will get it. Right now it seems like a maze to some. The black bar under the banner is the key to navigating to alot of hidden things Also the Forum Jump at the lower right is a neat way around. Rod

I have a history of using Ahooga, Fordbarn, MARC and MAFCA at various
times, as well as Marco's Barnyard occasionally over the past 10-15
years. Each has provided a wealth of information for which I am most
grateful. Keep up the good work! harriebinfl.

I came from the previous Fordbarn which I was also new to....I liked it too... Being new to Model A Fords in general, I like anything that's related to these old cars. Since I was born in the 30's, I still remember them well, now I have one too.....

I had a post or two on the old Ford Barn, but the style was the same as the Model T Ford International site, and I found that bothersome. The HAMB is far more that Hot Rods, more raceing history on there than any site I know. Both sites should be running fine, many members have cars on both sides of the fence.

I asked Ryan about this and he found a feature even HE admitted he didn't know about!

The answer is:

Look at the grey bar right above the post you want to save. At the right end is a number. Hiding behind that number is the URL of that specific post. You can right click on that link and you should be able to add it to your favorites (or bookmarks, whatever your browser calls them).

Regards,

Bill Lee

I am registered on the H.A.M.B., Jockey Journal, Garage Journal and now the new Ford Barn ( same user name ). I occasionally used the old Ford Barn and Ahooga, around the World. As I have owned both Model T's and Model A's, as well as a few later models Fords, I would use the old Ford Barn more than Ahooga. Never liked the fact that I couldn't do a search on the old Ford Barn! I like this format much better...
