I thumb through the Car Kulture and Hot Rod Deluxe magazines in supermarkets looking for Barn member cars. I knew I'd have to eventually see Frenchy's deuce.

Congrats and well deserved!!

Frenchy, that is one beautiful hot rod!!! A couple of years ago, you and your son were working on a hot rod with a different windshield frame....can't remember the name for it, but it has a "V" in the center. I'm assuming this isn't that car?

Actually the one we are working on is a 1931 with the Duval windshield !! This one will have the 1953 Flat Head V8 with Mercury heads !

Congrats, Frenchy! I've watched you build this car for years now. The 'ride-along' video is great in it's own way, but the sound of a V8 flathead Ford just ain't there. Of course, you have the V-12. The only other variant (the very-rare V-14) would sound even different still. Beautiful car, Frenchy. DD

This engine is a V14 unusual so the last cylinders should be 13 on the driver side and and 14 on the other side and how is the distributor set up for the other two cylinders ? The crank ,cam, engine block ,intake manifold etc .. must of been modified .
