Default Lorin Sorensen's Ford Life magazine...

Does anyone know the reason as to why Mr. Sorensen stopped the production of his great series of Ford Life magazine with the Vol. 4, Number 3, May-June 1974 issue?

OR were there more than that and if so, just how long did the publication continue?

Thanks.

Pluck

I worked for Lorin for a very short time (and believe me, he was not easy to work for), and putting out that magazine was extremely demanding. He also had a limited amount of original source material, mostly from the Long Beach plant; and publishing can be a very expensive and not always profitable venture. I don't know for certain, but I would suspect that those factors contributed. I think he found more financial success in books.
