Default SBC water pump on a Flathead

I may have been having a vivid dream. Does somebody make a kit or something to install a SBC water pump on a flathead?

Do not get me started on the stupidity of ethanol. I think one of the monitors is from Iowa and he will delete the thread.

Cornhuskers and Flatattackracing have adaptors for the "W" 348/409 pump.

Got one on the 8BA in my '36 pickup. Works well. The 348/409 water pump is super wide and that is what makes it adaptable. The fan is positioned on the low side of the radiator so I augment it with a pusher on the top.

I found the set up on Ebay and bought it more as a novelty. I would like to get rid of the pusher fan and have my engine driven fan in the middle of the radiator so I may go back to more of a stock set up later.

Thanks for the replies. Sometimes I have trouble distinguishing between vivid dreams and long winter day dreams.

I plan to install a 49-53 flat head in an old thirty-four two door hot rod. I understand there is a problem with the pulley clearances and the front cross member.

Would this be a solution?
