Default Model A sub rails

Hello, I am building a 29 roadster pickup out of many loose parts from swap meets, eBay and friends.
I need the measurements of the subfloor cross rails. Have 3 home made (by a friend) reproduction cross rails, 2 are narrow and one is wide.
Only one end is finished, do you know the length these will need to be cut to? I know there is only 2 cross rails needed for a pickup. (Have a spare)
The original main sub rails I have are from a coupe and will need to be cut down.
