A model T has 15 head bolts - one can remove any one of them without having a coolant leak - I can't see why the A would be any different ?

You should always lower the coolant level first. Seepage goes both ways I would get the coolant level down and change your oil immediately. Don’t put coolant back in until that stud is tight again
