Since it doesn't say, I'll bet it is 12v.

This is always good advice for another reason--- you don't want hard connections to things that shake or vibrate because it can cause fittings to get loose and cause metal fatigue in the tubing.

The pump is 6 Volt.
I will try some of the great suggestions given here beginning with a rubber mount and rubber hoses.
Not sure where I would be on my car without this forum but I sure wouldn't be this far along.
