Default What Master Cylinder is This?

I have an Ansen provided master cylinder for use with a hydraulic clutch slave cylinder. I have searched for the last couple of hours and am unable to find what make this master cylinder was used for. It is not Ford and may be either Chevy or Oldsmobile?

- Bore is 15/16"
- 3-bolt mounting like Ford

I'm looking for a rebuild kit since it is leaking badly from the push rod end.

I'd like to fix this tomorrow to make a meet at Owl's Head Maine tomorrow.

I had a set of Ansen pedals in a 36 coupe that had a chevy engine and muncie 4 speed, and the setup used a 1960 chevy pickup master cylinder. This was a car i had as a kid over 50 years ago.

Hi 34five,

The cylinder you probably had was the dual for chevy pickups. Looking at the Ansen literature, you can see it in the bottom part of their lit.

Turns out that the one I'm looking for was used on C1 (1953-1962) Corvettes
