I have received some feedback and the consensus is this is an IANDOLA high compression head. The value it seems could be $250 to $300 or as much as $400 on the auction site.I am posting this for anyone looking for answers in the future and to let everyone know what I have found out so far.
Thanks , Mike

Mike,

Is it for sale? We are getting close to ordering a new "Z" head for my son's speedster project and that one is a whole lot cooler. Please PM me if it might be available.

Finned heads are rare for Model Ts. I have one that has been surfaced and ready to install that I would like to trade for a Ricardo head.
