Default "Clutching" at straws!

Sorry for cheap pun. A friend shipped me his recently completed '31 S/W sedan. He asked me to go over the car and deal with anything I found. He mentioned specifically that there is some problem with the clutch. I found that the clutch wouldn't fully engage no matter what adjustment I attempted and there seemed to be a lot of vibration. I pulled up the carpet and removed the clutch housing inspection cover. I found that the clutch release bearing/hub had been installed backwards!
