Dealer Step Plates
My 29 roadster has step plates with the Dealers name cast into them. I have only seen one other set but they were not on a car. I am assuming these are fairly rare??
Just curious how many others are out there.

Re: Dealer Step Plates
I would think very rare. You have piqued my curiosity, what is the dealers name?

Re: Dealer Step Plates
Sounds unusual. Can you post a picture?

Re: Dealer Step Plates
Sorry for not answering back sooner.
The Dealer was Stovall Hilliker Ford in Denver. They were only about 8 or 9 blocks from the Denver assembly plant.

But other than those I have never seen them, have to be rare.

Re: Dealer Step Plates
I had a set on a delivery truck that said “Sparry Flour Company”. And it turned out my Great Uncle worked there in the 1920’s and 1930’s

Re: Dealer Step Plates
I've never seen a dealer step plate . Step plates are good if you like them , I don't use any .
