Can someone identify this end piece and tell me which bumper it is for?

This Bumper End Guards as Ford called them is correct only for the 1941 Ford Deluxe models.
The Super Deluxe models had a different profile Bumper and different End Guards to match the Bumper.
The above photo is of a 1941 Ford Deluxe model and has the End Guards similar to the one that you have.

The above photo is of a 1941 Ford Super Deluxe model and has the End Guards similar unique to the Super Deluxe models.
These same End Guards are also correct for the 1942 Ford Deluxe models.
As was the case in 1941, the 1942 Ford Deluxe and Super Deluxe models had different profile Bumpers.
