ornament identification

Does anyone out there have a book of Ford part numbers from 60's that could I.D. a part number on a side trim ornament for me. I have a pair the numbers are C2DB-16C098-B for right hand and C2DB-16C099-B for left hand. I know from my limited knowledge of ford part numbers that it is for a 62 model - but don't know application.
