Hi Gene,
I just checked the Concours parts catalog cooling section and didn't see anything. If you happen to have a date and part number or pic that would be awesome.

Do a Google search for Fan Shroud. All kind of things pop up.

Concours parts- said no longer made. Prob the same one from Southwest Tbird.
, if you go on google you see a lot 57 Chevy and custom cut to fit stuff.

I think I need to compare 1966 Fairlane radiator size to see if that one fits.

I was gonna say call em. Guess you did.

Try calling Casco in Coshocton, Ohio. If they don't sell one, they may know who does. 740-622-8561

I'm using a factory installed radiator. Do any Ford OE shrouds actually fit without modifying either the shroud or the engine compartment in some way? I would like to add one myself to a '58 Fairlane 500 with a 390 (not the OE engine) to improve airflow and cooling. The Ford parts book for 57 and 58 Fairlane's don't show a part number for a fan shroud. If a later year Ford with the same size engine works without modes, I'd be interested in knowing its part number and what other instillation parts might be needed.

My understanding is that none of the Ford sedans up to the 60's had any factory shrouds. Trucks are a different story as are Tbirds.. You will have to go to an aftermarket unit or fab one yourself. Check with the aftermarket radiator suppliers for one - possibly a universal unit that you cut the hole where you want it.

Some of the T-bird supplies started making them to fit 57-59 Ford cars but they are changing vendors right now.
I went on a trip and have been backed up with projects. Will report back if I find one.

Abe Lugo, I've bought only two things from Timeless Texas Classics/Thunderbirds Southwest/Lance H. in the past and chose not to do so again.

The folks at Bird Nest are light years better, glad to see they will be adding another product to their inventory.

Call Concours directly and ask.
Many times online listings are out-of-date, not real-time current information. Especially true of the print catalogs, since they have to be done so far ahead of time.

Just for my general knowledge, did those cars come with shrouds, or as above only trucks and birds?

Abe, have you been having overheating problems?

For the record, I’m a big believer in well fitted shrouds, and also don’t like to see much increase in temperature either stick in traffic or on the highway.

No shroud until 1960 except for BIRD.

It seems the manufacturer has ceased production mainly due to low demand most likely. If the first vendor has one in stock, it may be your last chance to get one or have one fabricated ... $$$ ...

There’s a lot of fan shroud kits out there, most of which have dimensions. Some have the center opening cut, some are solid and you lay out and cut it. They don’t look very attractive, kind of street roddy, but fitted and painted semi gloss black they pretty much go away.

I’ve also (in the days when you pulled your own) taken factory moulded plastic shrouds and cut and spliced them. Not perfect, but workable. In a perfect world you want to cover the whole radiator, but if you get 80/90% it’s better than none at all. Even a simple circular shroud properly centered around the fan (tip clearance and in/out spacing) is better than none at all.

Another vote in favor of not patronizing Thunderbirds Southwest (AKA Lance Herrington). Been waiting for someone else to make this shroud for Dad's '57 for a long time just so he wouldn't get another dime from us. Herrington is more interested in selling cars (nash metropolitans) and ripping folks off for unauthorized repairs.
