Default what is the right radiator cap for my model A

i have a 1930 briggs fordor and it has a stainless gas cap and a rusted steel radiator cap? i am eyeing up a flying quail on ebay from macs for 70$

if it is a driver, Snyder`s has some real nice reproduction ones part #A-8100B $19.95 they look pretty close to an original. and they even have the gas cap that is just as good.

Two problems with the flying quail are: the hood can hit it while opening the hood, and it's another item to steal off the car. I was at a national meet a few years ago when some guy stole a quail radiator cap. Luckily he was dumb enough to try selling it at the same meet, so he was caught.

I have the flying quail on my 29 Fordor and no problems with the hood hitting it. I LOVE the look from inside the car. Anyone steals it they better not be in range of my 1911 45. The 29 cap clamps on with a little set screw, not sure about the 30. In order for someone to steal it they would likely break it as it is really on there tight. I got mine from Macs, very nice quality.

I got a rad cap for my 30 Fordor and it is supost to tip over to check the water level but it won't tip ,must be s factory flaw
