clutch plate
i have a pin on clutch plate that is stuck down and the clutch finger has a lot of play can i take out the clutch housing bolts to the brake drum so see the damage i do not have the time to pull the engine out and the rear end right now

Removing the hogs head can be a bear. Some depends on whether it has a starter or not. The top will come off but other things may need to be removed or moved out of the way to get it off & back on again. I don't know if it will allow much disassembly though. This is one persons procedure. There are likely others too.
