Teflon buttons to keep the wrist pins in place have been in a few of my flathead builds over the years. Also added teflon buttons into the piston skirts back when I was using Jahns brand cast pistons. Those engine's would rev really nicely but I'm not sure if it helped with economy.

Hi Flathead,

I see that your avatar engine has a blower. Have you used this oil pan vent with a blower? I've thought about doing that too and even to plumb it so the breather was high up like around the top of the heads.

I went for a good test ride today and the Wagner PCV is really doing the job. No oil was pushed out today!
