Rad question, will a radiator from a 1928-29 A fit a 30-31A ?

No, it's entirely different. The 28/29 radiator shell and 30/31 hood won't line up

28/29 is 1 or 2" shorter and has a screw on cap while the 30/31 is a half twist also the top hose fitting is at a different angle. The 28/29 will fit the frame and line up correctly if you shim it up but the shells are not interchangeable.
