Scammers
Thought I would share my latest scammer situation with you all. It began with a want ad for a Model A part. A few things that alerted me this guy might be a scammer were:
1. He never mentioned the part by name 2. His grammar and conjugations were incorrect 3. Said the part was in perfect working order 4. Said he could ship UPS or any method I preferred 5. Never described the part 6. When asked for photos he ignored the question and told me he could ship right away and gave a price for the part. 7. When I suggested to him he was a scammer and he needed to get an honest job I never heard back from him. My advice is to always ask for photos and a description of the part. That should separate the honest from the dishonest. |
