Best way in my opinion,
2GC- (GM)- carb has one end of the PCV system, other can be the road draft tube opening at the forward end of the manifold. I used an upside down freeze plug in the road draft tube hole to connect to, drill it and braze tube to it. Under the manifold, plug the hole in the valve valley.

You should weld-up/plug the stock road-draft entry on the 99A oil pan (triangular vent at the front of the pan). You'll now be bringing in fresh air from the later fresh-air and oil-fill tube. Make sure you consider what you're doing with the fuel-pump . . . as you'll need to use the later pump mount stand and pushrod (not the ones from the 99A engine).

I picked one from a 250 c.i. engine, closest to fathead displacement.
I looked for 1/4" pipe on the vacuum end, hose size of about 1/2" or 5/8"
leading to the intake manifold.
