GM Transmission
Some trannies jumped on us recently. Two are Ford prewar: 1935 and 1941. Both gooey and missing gear teeth. The third is labeled in the cast Iron:
591193 GM13 42 *147* It is a side leader, so post 1938 or so, I guess. gooey, not rusty. Does not shift as yet. Help, please with info about year/value/interest. We plan to bring it to Hershey. Clem |

Re: GM Transmission
Is it possible you have one number wrong? 591093 is a 1940 Chevy and 591192
is a 1941-47 Chevy don't see a 591193. Bob |

Re: GM Transmission
GM 591193 appears correct. The alfa/numeric numbers are cast in the case. Small uni. Sideloader
