Default Metal work how to book

I stumbled onto this chapter out of an autobody book:

Metal repair

Tells you a lot of what is found in the Key to Autobody book and some more.

I backed to the root of the site and found it was part of the lesson plans for an auto body class.

Root of the Class

You can wander around and find other PDF documents that may interest you.

Kevin - thanks so much for posting the documents and your website. I am just starting the process on my 1929 Std Roadster. One of the things that was not savable was the convertible top. Fortunately the iron frame is in very good shape but all the wood ribs need replacing and new canvas put on. Fortunately I am not too far from LeBaron Bonney. I have the new wood pieces and hope to get the top done this summer. Currently have had all the rims sand blasted and starting the process of filling, sanding, and paint prep. They are a labor of love.

That is about as concise overview as I've seen. Pretty all-inclusive and on point.

Wow!! Looks like someone found my book and made a Classroom presentation out of it. Even used some of my drawing.

I took a look, and immediately found an excellent description of the different kinds of sandpaper?
Anyone ever heard of Zirconia Alumina sandpaper? It's supposed to be
the latest high-tech formulation.
