Default Compressed head gasket thickness.

I have set of Best 515G Big bore gaskets for the 59L. They mike at .065 at one end of the gasket to .055 at the other end, at the bottom of the cylinder fire ring. What is the shared experience as to what they compress to under 55#s torque ? Trying to hone in on the right piston to head clearance. I have the piston to head clearance w/out the head gasket. The compressed thickness is the unknown. Thank you Fordbarners.
