Default swap meet model A

I picked this up last weekend at the Fredericksburg swap meet, it has a Martin Perry body. He said it was a produce truck. What do you think?

WOW, that is a CUTIE! Be thankful it's complete and you don't have to find parts specific to that body.

Congratulation on your purchase! I enjoyed looking it over at the Fredericksburg Swap Meet and thought it was a neat pickup. Thought it was interesting that the windows slid up and down and were not the roll up type we are all use to. Enjoy your new pickup!

Nice looking pickup. If you have time could you take some measurements of the windshield frame? I am trying ti ID a frame from a coachbuilt body that was among some Model A parts I bought about 15 years ago. Thought it was from a Martin Perry Model A Mail Truck. Turns out I was wrong. Thanks Rod

Whoa.........I've heard about Roswell, and I think this is something left behind by the alliens.

Actually I like it. Does it have more room than the Ford cab?

Very nice looking truck! Here is a pic I saved, it supposedly is a MP Huckster also. I don't know who the couple is or where they are located.
And here is an advertisement.

I think I'd like to see more pictures. Nice looking little truck. I have always liked the fact that ingenious people would take the basic model A platform and make something different out of it.

turnpikecrusier, when do you think the chassis was manufactured? Date stamp on fire wall? Engine number? Just curious.
