Is any company or supplier reproducing the stainless trim that goes on the 40 Ford deluxe steering wheel? I've done some searching but haven't found anything yet. Any help would be appreciated.

Make it using stainless welding rod.

You might try Limeworks Speed Shop. They make '40 steering wheels and may sell you some. WWW.LimeWorksSpeedShop.com.

When I bought my first 40 deluxe wheel from Lecarra they were using polished solder for the trim pieces.

I made two standard wheels into deluxes with roached original deluxe wheels. Put a wanted out for one, nobody is going to advertise a crap wheel for $20 that still has good stainless on it, but they're out there if you look for one.
