Default 1932/36 Waterpumps

Just wondering should all 32/36 water pump pulleys have a pin through the shaft?

The production versions were pinned; the later service pulleys were pressed on. Note that early '32 V8 pulleys and water pump shafts were about 3/8" shorter than all those that followed through the '36 model year.

Thanks David.
As I thought.
The reason I asked I had a pair rebuilt by skip and he did not fit pins back in them although the ones I had supplied for rebuilding originally did have pins.
He had filled the pin holes and obviously was happy with a pressed on pulley.
I have since drilled the shafts and fitted pins as a safety issue.
