Default '36 Ford pickup "upper middle hole"....

HELLO all....

Per attached photo, can you tell me what the "upper middle hole" is for on my '36 Ford pickup.

This "upper middle hole" goes through the firewall and through the firewall insulator.

I know the other two lower holes are for the Choke and Throttle rods.

That is for the drain hose from the cowl vent.
